6. Returns and Refunds
Before you Request the Refund
You can return a product and get the refund on it but we make this possible only if:
- Product came damaged
- Order gets lost
- Wrong size/product delivered
Please check the size and address before ordering your product because we won't give you refund on that. Requests for refunds must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Refund?
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide details about the reason for the refund request and include photos if the item is damaged.
- Wait for our customer service team to respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Non-Refundable Situations We cannot process refunds in the following cases:
- Items returned outside the specified refund window (15 days).
- Items damaged due to improper use, accidents, or wear and tear.
- Wrong address on the delivery.
- Wrong size selected.
- Late delivery.
What should I do with the damaged product?
Keep it. You don't need to send any of our products back to us.
